コマーシャル活動を通じて蓄積されるデータの品質整合性一貫性を確保しデータに基づく意思決定と継続的な業務改善を支える利活用基盤を整備推進する
多様なチャネルを通じて提供されるデータ資産についてデータ品質要件業務ルール利活用要件を整理しグローバル標準との整合を図りながら新規プラットフォームの検討導入やITとの協業を通じてシステム設計運用設計への反映と運用定着を推進する

Job Duties:
営業活動に関連するデータCRM売上HCP情報などの品質整合性可用性の確保と高度化
- データ品質に関するKPIの設計監視改善施策の推進
- データ取り込みエラーや品質課題発生時の原因分析復旧対応関係者調整の推進
データ活用を支える業務プロセスプラットフォームの標準化改善導入推進
- データ入力更新プロセスの標準化要件整理仕組み上の改善提案と実行
- データを活用するための新規プラットフォームの検討導入運用定着の推進
- ビジネス要件を整理しITと協業しながらシステム設計運用設計へ反映
外部データ関連システムとの連携設計および統合推進
- データ定義メタデータ管理データ辞書の整備と高度化
- 外部データベンダー提供データグローバルデータとの連携要件整理と統合推進
- ベンダーおよびグローバル関係者と連携し互換性整合性運用性を踏まえた実装を推進
データ資産の活用促進と利活用基盤の整備
- データユーザーが活用可能な状態でデータを提供し意思決定に資する活用環境を整備
- (データフローへの取り込みアウトプットの仕組み構築利用要件に応じた提供方法の最適化等)
- 分析可視化運用を見据えプラットフォームおよび関連システムにおけるデータ活用要件の具体化を推進
データガバナンスポリシーの順守と運用管理体制の維持高度化
- 運用管理プロシジャの維持見直し監査対応を通じて継続的に統制水準を向上させる

Minimum educational level necessary to perform the job (High School diploma Associates Degree Bachelors Degree Masters PhD)
経済情報技術データサイエンス統計学経営学又は関連分野における学位又は同等の実務経験
Minimum experience requirements necessary to perform the job
- 製薬業界又はヘルスケア領域におけるデータガバナンスマスターデータ管理又はデータ品質管理の実務経験目安5年以上
- CRMSalesforceVeeva等や営業顧客関連データの運用標準化アクセス管理に関する経験
- データ品質ルール業務ルールメタデータデータ辞書の整備と継続改善を推進した経験
- データ可視化分析ツールPower BITableau等を用いたモニタリングレポーティング課題可視化の経験
- ビジネス部門ITグローバルチーム外部ベンダーと連携し要件整理から運用定着までを推進した経験
- 日本語英語の双方で専門領域に関する説明調整交渉ができるコミュニケーション能力
