Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud & Data Engineer/Architect to join a global team building next-generation cloud-native data platforms for leading automotive OEMs. Work with cutting-edge technologies across Cloud Data AI/ML and GenAI enabling real-time insights and data-driven transformation in the mobility space.

What Youll Do:

Design and build scalable cloud data platforms for large-scale automotive datasets.
Develop data pipelines platforms and AI-enabled solutions (ETL/ELT streaming batch).
Work with modern technologies: AWS/Azure Databricks/Snowflake Kafka Python Spark.
Contribute to AI/GenAI use cases (LLMs RAG advanced analytics).
Collaborate with global teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in Cloud & Data Engineering / Architecture.
Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure Data platforms ETL/ELT pipelines.
Exposure to Databricks / Snowflake / Spark / Python / SQL.
Understanding of AI/ML or GenAI technologies (LLM MLOps etc.).
Business level Japanese and business level English.

Nice to Have:

Experience in automotive / mobility data domain (connected vehicles SDV telemetry).
Knowledge of DataOps / DevOps / CI-CD / streaming platforms (Kafka Kinesis).
Certifications (AWS Databricks etc.)

Work Place:

Tokyo/Osaka (Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office 2 days at work-from-home)
