主な業務内容
アジア各拠点のITインフラサポートを担当し以下を重点的に推進します
クライアント満足度の向上
サービス品質の維持改善
技術的卓越性の追求
主な業務はWindows 11およびMicrosoft 365環境におけるデスクトップサポートです
アジア各拠点のITインフラチームと連携しNeuberger全拠点のカバレッジを確保
東京ITチームと協力してアプリケーションネットワークサーバーメールその他アドホック対応など幅広い課題を解決
応募要件
優れた口頭文書コミュニケーション能力技術的な内容をわかりやすく説明できること
英語力必須日本語力尚可
高い顧客サービス意識
社内のさまざまな部門ユーザーからの要望に落ち着いて丁寧に対応できる方
柔軟な勤務時間への対応時間外作業ニューヨークチームとの深夜連携が発生する場合あり
Windows 11の高度なデスクトップサポートスキルMicrosoft 365の導入運用経験
CitrixリモートアクセスMicrosoft TeamsOutlookモバイルアプリiOS / Androidのサポート経験
TCP/IPDNSDHCPなどネットワーク基礎知識
金融サービス業界での経験は尚可
