職務内容
データセンターにて以下の業務に携わっていただきます
未経験の方も入社後の研修OJTを通じて段階的に業務を習得できます
ネットワーク配線作業とそれに付随する各種ファイバーテスト
お客様の依頼に基づくデータセンター内での代行作業
機器運搬搭載ケーブリング目視確認 等お客様の入館対応日本語英語
電話対応社内外日本語英語
障害発生時の対応およびエスカレーション
ベンダー作業の立ち会い進行サポート
書類作成などの事務作業
未経験の方でも約3か月の研修で独り立ち可能です
必須条件未経験歓迎
日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
JLPT N1相当または同等レベル英語での会話読み書きができる方
学習意欲重視体を動かす作業に抵抗がない方
デスクワークだけでなく現場作業もありますチームでの作業を大切にできる方
外国籍の場合就労ビザ技術人文知識国際業務保持者

シフト勤務日勤夜勤あり
日勤8:0020:30
夜勤20:00翌8:30夜勤は月68回程度
