BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The CO Support Hub (PPDR) within the Public Partnerships Division (PPD) of the Partnerships and Innovation Department (PI) helps WFP Country Offices worldwide protecting growing and diversifying partnerships and resourcing through tailored and comprehensive guidance and support. The assignment sits within the Knowledge Management Learning and Development (KML&D) team.
The purpose of this voluntary assignment is to support the design coordination and delivery of learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives with a particular focus on Campfires- interactive practitioner-focused sessions that bring together colleagues from Headquarters and Country Offices to exchange experiences tools and practical approaches on partnerships and resource mobilization.
The volunteer will also contribute to ongoing learning initiatives supporting the team in responding to demand-driven learning needs from Country Offices and strengthening collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the planning coordination and delivery of Campfire sessions including agenda preparation scheduling and logistical arrangements before during and after each event.
Assist in the facilitation and note taking of meetings training sessions and webinars involving diverse internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the collection and formatting of learning materials presentations and guidance documents.
Support the management and updating of SharePoint pages and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Assist in capturing and synthesizing key insights lessons learned and good practices from campfire sessions and training initiatives.
Support communication and outreach efforts to promote CO Support Hub KML&D activities across WFP Country Offices.
Contribute to responding to ad hoc requests from Country Offices related to partnerships learning and capacity development.
Provide general support to KML&D activities as needed.

Up-to-date and user-friendly SharePoint pages and collaboration spaces.
Clear and structured summaries of key discussions lessons learned and actionable insights.
Reliable and proactive support to the KML&D team across ongoing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university degree ( Masters) in a relevant field such as international relations development studies public policy communications or related disciplines
Experience
Demonstrated interest in humanitarian work and international development.
Experience supporting virtual events meetings or training activities is an asset.
Exposure to working in multicultural or international environments is desirable.
Experience in coordination project support or stakeholder engagement is desirable.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to synthesize information and produce clear concise written outputs.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (including Teams SharePoint and PowerPoint).
Interest in knowledge management learning and capacity development.
Creativity and willingness to think outside the box when supporting learning initiatives.
Languages: Be fluent in English (Level C) is required.
