Systems Design Engineering Manager

If you are a Systems Engineering Leader looking for an opportunity to grow your career this role offers the chance to lead systems engineering activities for TOV and CBall valves across the full product lifecycle including New Product Development (NPD) NTD Configuration Management Sustaining and Customer Projects.

Based in Lugagnano Val dArda Italy you will collaborate with Product Leadership Program Management PMO Mechanical Design Materials and Test & Validation teams as well as colleagues across the Globe to drive highquality innovative product solutions.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide technical ownership of programs/projects and serve as the primary technical interface.

• Translate customer and business needs into system requirements architectures and structured engineering plans (BPRS SyRS PBS WBS SEMP).

• Lead MBSE-driven system design concept evaluation and architecture selection aligned with product strategy.

• Coordinate engineering resources typically cross-discipline/functional teams may be responsible for leading a team set project goals and plan and execute monitor and control to ensure progress toward program milestones.

• Oversee system architecture interfaces requirements flowdown and verification/validation across all NPD phases.

• Ensure adherence to product development processes including technical reviews and compliance with regulations.

• Communicate program status risks and technical updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with procurement suppliers and customers to support technical evaluations and solution development.

• Drive issue resolution root-cause analysis corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Support crossfunctional activities such as audits workshops manufacturing support and creation of product documentation.

For This Role You Will Need:

• University degree in Mechanical Aerospace Energy Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Around 10 years of experience in Systems engineering Project engineering mechanical design or similar technical roleswith proven ability to lead technical projects collaborate with diverse stakeholders lead a team.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience using structured methods such as FMEA RootCause Analysis or statistical tools.

• Ability to manage multiple engineering activities in a fastpaced global environment and drive process improvements.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly to various audiences.

• Proficiency with engineering and productivity tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint Project Power BI).

• English and Italian proficiency and ability to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience with industrial valves (TOV CBall) testing verification and validation.

• Knowledge of relevant valve standards and codes.

• Familiarity with MBSE LEAN methods and designformanufacturing principles.

• Good technical French both written and spoken.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 49.400 to 91.800 EUR annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
