Program Manager – Workflow Information Management

As a Program Manager for Workflow Information Management (WIM) you will play a key role in delivering one of Philips strategic radiology software solutions.You will lead programs that expand the products capabilities deliver innovative new features and supportourcloud-firststrategy helping healthcare providers benefit from modern scalable workflow solutions.Working with globally distributed teamsand functions you will lead complex software development programs while ensuring predictable execution high-quality releases and operational excellence.

Your Role:

AsaProgram Manager you will:

• Lead software development projects and strategic initiatives supporting the Workflow Information Management (WIM) product roadmap.

• Own end-to-end program execution including planning execution monitoring reporting and successful delivery.

• Manage program scope schedule budget resources dependencies risks and quality objectives.

• Lead a cross-functional team comprising Product ManagementR&D Quality Regulatory Affairs Clinical AffairsOperationsService and external partners to ensure predictable delivery against program commitments.

• Facilitate planningprogramreviews milestone gates and executive communications.

• Proactively identify risks and issues develop mitigation plans and escalate when appropriate to enable timely decision-making.

• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across engineering business and functional organizations.

• Balance customer needsrequirementsconstraints and business priorities to enable successful product delivery.

• Ensure compliance with Philips Quality Management System (QMS) applicablestandards andregulations and software development processes.

• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracyprogram executiondelivery predictability and operational efficiency.

• Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to improve planningexecutionand statusreporting.

Youre a right fit if:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology Biomedical Engineering Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management program management or a related field.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional software development projects or programs throughout the software development lifecycle from planning through commercial release.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex software programs while effectively influencing cross-functional teams.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle release management and Agile software development practices.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience working in regulated software development environments an advantage

• Project or Program Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum or equivalent)
