Retail Sales Manager - Bathroom & Sanitary Ware Sector

Teamworx are recruiting an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join a well-established award-winning Irish bathroom brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to develop and grow strategic partnerships across the retail channel in the Greater Dublin Area.
The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with retail showrooms builders providers and plumbers merchants across your region
- Grow market share through proactive business development and account management
- Identify and convert high-potential opportunities within the marketplace
- Represent the company at trade events and industry exhibitions
- Work closely with internal teams to optimise forecasting and commercial execution

- Proven sales track record with a strong customer-focused approach
- Commercially sharp with excellent communication and presentation skills

Package
- Very competitive salary plus attractive commission structure 55K bonus up to 12k
