The brand is famous for freshly prepared natural food and 100% organic coffee with every shop featuring its own on-site kitchen where teams prepare food from scratch throughout the day.
Were looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead all aspects of shop operations overseeing both Front of House and Kitchen teams while developing future leaders and taking full ownership of a successful shop.
Leading and inspiring Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding food quality
Creating a positive inclusive culture and building a strong succession plan to develop future leaders
Coaching and developing managers and team members and leading recruitment onboarding and training
Taking full ownership of shop performance productivity labour stock waste and profitability
Ensuring the highest standards of customer service food safety hygiene and cleanliness
Leading by example during busy trading periods and supporting teams wherever needed
Proven management experience in hospitality food retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
The ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing business performance
A positive hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and communication skills
A passion for people food and delivering exceptional standards and results
