Deputy Store Manager

Teamworx is currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Store Manager on behalf of a well-established premium retail brand. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail leader who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service developing high-performing teams and driving commercial success within a fast-paced retail environment.

Working closely with the Store Manager you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the store maintaining high operational standards and creating an outstanding customer experience.

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
  
• Lead motivate and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  
• Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs across all departments.
  
• Maintain high operational standards including stock control merchandising administration cash handling and store presentation.
  
• Coach and develop colleagues through regular training product knowledge and customer service excellence.
  
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
  
• Support the delivery of a positive collaborative and customer-focused culture.
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  
• Experience leading coaching and developing retail teams.
  
• A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and performance.
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends.
