Culinary Specialist - Dublin
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for aCulinary Specialist - Dublin. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the preparation and setup of the demo kitchen for customer visits
Assist Development Chef teams both on-site and at customer locations
Maintain the demo kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness ensuring all cleaning records are accurately kept
Manage stock rotation and product requirements as needed
Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a large kitchen environment is desirable
Culinary qualification is advantageous but not essential
Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
Barista training is beneficial but not required (training will be provided)
Flexible approach to working hours
Strong attention to detail particularly in relation to cleanliness and organisation
Willingness to learn and follow formal processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Full-time permission to work in Ireland is required
A full driving licence is preferred but not essential
