Brief Description

The Professional Medical Representative is responsible for supporting sales growth and delivering excellent customer service to healthcare professionals. This role involves conducting presentations building relationships and collaborating with team members to effectively promote our pharmaceutical products. The PMR will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to contribute to strategic planning and execution.

INITIAL PLACEMENT: Jember (with willingness to be assigned to other locations across Indonesia when necessary)

Job Description:

Entrepreneurship

  • Achieves sales targets and delivers high-quality customer service to existing and potential clients.

  • Conducts presentations and discussions with doctors nurses and pharmacists about product offerings and innovations.

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance customer engagement.

Leadership

  • Plans and organizes work schedules for customer visits on a weekly and monthly basis while preparing detailed reports on activities.

  • Participates in company meetings technical presentations and briefings to stay informed about product developments and company initiatives.

  • Collaborates with team managers to strategize contact approaches and develop effective business plans.

Business Acumen

  • Monitors competitor activities and product offerings to stay informed about market dynamics.

  • Analyzes sales performance and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) metrics to identify areas for improvement and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences Pharmacy Business).

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance and inform decision-making.

Working Relationship:

External Relationship

  • Doctors ensure they doctor aware and recommendation about our product to their patient

  • Hospital and Clinic making a good relationship with the hospital and clinic to gain a positive outcome

  • KoL consult and supporting KoL becoming a company associate

  • Distributor checking and ensuring stock availability

Internal Relationship

  • Marketing Team execute L3 Next (marketing plan)

  • Marketing coordinator related to event process expenses and HOD

  • Medical Team Provide medical knowledge & medical journal for internal & external stakeholders

  • COD Team collaboration with SFE-related New HCP and KARM-related listing hospital

  • Project Manager & Consumer Project related collaboration program and increase awareness
