Job Summary:
The role is responsible for overseeing advanced product development lifecycle management (PDLM) subprojects refining production-related requirements updating quality control plans operating as a subject matter expert identifying process enhancements guiding Capex optimization and designing factory infrastructure.
Your role:
Leads complex PDLM subprojects for a specific manufacturing technology ensuring smooth coordination from development to product launch.
Defines and aligns manufacturing requirements bridging product design to production while enhancing efficiency and quality control.
Establishes and ensures compliance with quality control plans work instructions and all safety regulatory and company standards.
Oversees installation of advanced equipment and supports process ramp-up to achieve stable full-scale production.
Contributes factory perspective to milestone signoffs and project closure ensuring delivery meets quality efficiency and compliance targets.
Drives continuous improvement through lean principles process optimization factory layout design CapEx efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Youre the right fit if:
Bachelors/ masters degree in mechanical engineering Electronics Engineering Sciences Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering product industrialization or production process development within a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PDLM / product development lifecycle processes and manufacturing requirements integration.
Solid understanding of quality systems work instructions process validation and compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards.
Experience in equipment installation process ramp-up factory layout design and continuous improvement/lean manufacturing.
Strong collaboration problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide junior team members and work cross-functionally with operations maintenance and technical teams.
