Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and performance of assigned ecommerce brands/accounts across marketplaces.
  • Execute promotional campaigns product launches and marketplace activities to support sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance traffic conversion and other key metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Coordinate with marketplace representatives to resolve operational issues and explore growth opportunities.
  • Ensure product listings pricing stock availability and promotional setups are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations Marketing Supply Chain and Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Support account growth initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable university.
  • 13 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketplace Management Account Management or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with major marketplaces such as Shopee Tokopedia TikTok Shop and Lazada is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
