Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance accounting or related role
- Experience in consulting multinational company or professional services firm is beneficial
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payments reimbursements expenses and invoicing
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Maintain accurate unbilled prebill and accounting records
- Support monthly closing and prepare related financial documents
- Assist with internal/external audits and financial documentation
- Coordinate tax reporting compliance and supporting documents with external consultants
- Monitor tax deadlines payments and audit documentation
- Maintain corporate compliance records licenses and regulatory filings
- Liaise with banks auditors tax consultants vendors and other external parties
- Provide general administrative support and maintain client databases
- Other responsibilities on a case-by-case basis including liaising with finance staff and the Head of Finance.
