Finance & Admin Intern
Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance & Admin Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in finance and administrative operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to develop their skills in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Finance & Admin team with daily operational tasks.
- Assist in preparing agreements contracts (SPK) and other administrative documents.
- Support the invoicing process and ensure documentation is complete.
- Organize and maintain finance and administrative records.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance & Admin team.
Requirements
Must Have
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel Word and PDF tools).
Nice to Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
