Job Summary
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our organizations commitment to hospitality excellence
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table assignments to maximize seating efficiency while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle phone inquiries manage waitlists and coordinate guest flow throughout service periods with attention to detail
- Assist guests with inquiries and concerns using empathy and problem-solving skills resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with management servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of reservations special requests and guest preferences to enhance personalized service
- Monitor and uphold cleanliness and organization standards at the host stand and entrance areas
- Assist with special events private dining arrangements and group reservations as needed
- Support team members in a collaborative manner contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications :
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and empathetic approach to guest interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to customize guest experiences based on individual preferences
- Demonstrated ability to remain resilient and organized under pressure
