BIM Modeller

Model Development: Create and maintain intelligent data-rich 3D models of MEP and I&C systems (e.g. ductwork piping cable trays conduit and control panels) using Autodesk Revit or any BIM software.

Coordination & Clash Detection: Perform multidisciplinary clash detection in Navisworks or BIM 360/ACC to identify and resolve spatial conflicts before construction reducing field rework.

Documentation: Generate precise 2D shop drawings riser diagrams single-line diagrams (SLDs) and installation layouts derived directly from the BIM model.

Standards Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) LOD (Level of Development) requirements and relevant engineering codes.

Collaboration: Participate in regular coordination meetings with architects structural engineers and contractors to align design goals and resolve technical conflicts.

Data Management: Manage model data including parametric families schedules and quantity take-offs for accurate cost estimation and procurement.

Coordination with Lead BIM Engineer in day to day operation and report to respective Regional Lead.
