Zscaler Network Engineer Hyderabad Hybrid

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Zscaler technologies firewall administration cloud network security and endpoint security solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting critical incidents managing security policies and supporting enterprise network security operations.

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
  • Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
  • Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
• Troubleshoot and resolve major incidents related to Zscaler services.
• Create and manage:
  • Application Profiles
  • Forwarding Policies in Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)
  • Application Segments
• Perform PAC file modifications and maintenance.
• Conduct diagnosis and log analysis using:
  • Zscaler Web Portal
  • Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)
• Analyze packet captures for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Create modify and troubleshoot firewall policies.
• Handle major incident management and client communications.
• Validate network routes and connectivity.
• Perform packet capture and log analysis for issue resolution.

• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS security configurations.
• Implement and troubleshoot:
  • Network Security Groups (NSGs)
  • Cloud networking issues
• Validate:
  • VPCs
  • Subnets
  • Route Tables
  • Transit Gateways
• Support major incident troubleshooting within cloud environments.

• Advanced troubleshooting experience in:
  • BitLocker
  • S/MIME

• Zscaler (ZIA ZPA ZDX)
• Network Security Troubleshooting
• Firewall Policy Management
• Packet Capture & Log Analysis
• Cloud Security (AWS & Azure)

• Palo Alto Firewall
• AWS Security
• Azure Security

• Total Experience: 3 5 Years

• Cyber Security

Candidates should be flexible to work in either of the following shifts:

• 11:30 AM 8:30 PM
• 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
