We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA (HR) graduate with a strong interest in technology and HR automation to join our team as a Zoho HRMS Stack Developer. This role is ideal for candidates who understand HR processes and are eager to build a career in implementing configuring and supporting Zoho People and other HRMS solutions. Prior technical exposure or a keen interest in learning low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho HRMS solutions primarily Zoho People.
Understand HR processes and translate business requirements into HRMS workflows.
Configure forms workflows approvals leave policies attendance and performance modules.
Support testing troubleshooting and user training.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful HRMS implementation.
Maintain documentation and provide post-implementation support.
02 years of experience or a strong interest in HR Technology/HRMS solutions.
Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Interest in learning Zoho applications automation and low-code development.
Good analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior exposure to ERP/HRMS tools or technical platforms is an added advantage.
