We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience and strong expertise across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customizing and implementing Zoho solutions while also supporting the sales team during pre-sales activities client discussions solution demonstrations and requirement gathering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop customize and maintain Zoho applications and integrations.
Configure and manage Zoho products based on business requirements.
Design and implement workflows automation reports dashboards and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
Support the sales team during client meetings product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable Zoho-based solutions.
Prepare solution documents effort estimates and technical proposals.
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations and technical presentations.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to prospective customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho implementations.
Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of the complete Zoho suite including:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Creator
Zoho Books
Zoho Desk
Zoho Projects
Zoho People
Zoho Analytics
Other Zoho applications and integrations.
Strong experience in Deluge scripting workflows and automation.
Knowledge of REST APIs webhooks and third-party integrations.
