Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professionalforour Business UnitSlewing Bearingin Indiawith 5-7 years of experience inCapital Goods Salesinvolvinghigh-valueindustrialproductsorcomponents. The ideal candidate should have exposure to industries& applicationsuch as Material Handling Coal Handling SteelPlants PowerPlants Ports Mining Infrastructure Wind or Defence and be capable of managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution and payment realization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify develop and convert business opportunities through effective customer engagement.

• Manage the complete sales process including technical and commercial proposals negotiations order closure execution coordination and receivables.

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with OEMs EPCs consultants and end users.

• Understand customer applications and provide suitable technical solutions.

• Review and handle contracts commercial terms and tender requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and overseas teams to ensure seamless order execution.

• Conduct market analysis competitor tracking budgeting forecasting and pipeline management.

• Maintain CRM data and sales reports.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India with travel constitutingapproximately 40-50% ofworking time.
