Workload Automation Consultant

As a Workload Automation Consultant you will be the primary customer-facing advisor for our internal business units. Instead of maintaining backend platform infrastructure your mission is to design intelligent application-level workflows eliminate manual touchpoints and pioneer AI-driven automation innovations directly with our customers.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications (preferred).

Technical Profile

Workload Automation Expertise: Strong practical experience in designing and configuring application workflows in enterprise systems such as Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) Broadcom Automic (UC4) or similar workload automation tools.

Scripting & APIs: Proven proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell or JavaScript) and working with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate disparate systems.

AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts Generative AI APIs or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is highly desirable.

No Infrastructure Overhead: Understanding of OS architectures (Linux Windows) is required but you are excited that your core focus is on delivering business value at the application layer not server maintenance.
