One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Workday Global Payroll Configuration Lead - Corporate Systems to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

• Lead configuration and ongoing enhancement of Workday Global Payroll capabilities.
• Translate payroll and HR requirements into scalable system configurations and integrations.
• Coordinate testing releases production support and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR payroll technology and control stakeholders.
• Maintain configuration documentation and support enterprise change controls.
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience preferably involving payroll or corporate HR systems.
• Experience gathering requirements testing enterprise systems and supporting production environments.
• Good understanding of integrations release management and controlled change processes.
