Workday Consultant (Time & Absence)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant (Techno-Functional) to design configure and support Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management solutions. This role bridges HR Payroll and Technical teams to deliver scalable HRIS solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering with HR & Payroll stakeholders
- Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
- Design leave plans accruals eligibility rules & time calculations
- Support testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
- Handle production support and issue troubleshooting
- Build reports and HR/Payroll dashboards
- Support integrations with Payroll and third-party systems
- 5 years of Workday experience (Time & Absence focus)
- Strong Workday configuration skills
- Experience in HRIS & Payroll processes
- Knowledge of Workday business processes security & reporting
- Experience in production support & troubleshooting
- Workday certification (Time/Absence)
- Experience with Workday Studio / EIB / Core Connectors
- Implementation or tenant deployment experience
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
