About the role: We are looking for certified and motivated individuals to join our team as Workday Adaptive Planning - Fresher. This is a great opportunity for certified professionals who are ready to apply their Workday Adaptive Planning knowledge in a real-world fast-paced finance environment. You will work alongside experienced FP&A professionals to support budgeting forecasting and financial reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Work within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform to support budgeting forecasting and reporting cycles
Assist in building and maintaining financial models dashboards and planning sheets
Support month-end quarter-end and annual planning processes
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements
Help maintain data integrity model structures and system configurations
Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts
Required Skills:
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is mandatory (e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning: Level 1 or Level 2 Certification or equivalent Workday-recognized credential)
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
Basic to intermediate understanding of financial planning budgeting and forecasting concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills
