SAP SD Functional Consultant with OTC

Job Title: SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Consultant (SAP SD)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring testing documenting and supporting SAP Order-to-Cash processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with Vistex Rights & Royalties is a plus but not mandatory.

• Support the design configuration testing and deployment of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
• Configure SAP SD functionalities including:
  • Customer Master
  • Sales Orders
  • Pricing
  • Deliveries
  • Billing
  • Credit Management
  • Output Management
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop configuration documentation and solution design documents.
• Collaborate with technical teams and prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
• Support integration with SAP FI MM Revenue Recognition and other SAP modules.
• Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze troubleshoot and resolve functional defects during testing and post-go-live support.
• Participate in data validation cutover activities and production deployment.
• Document defects configuration changes and testing outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and status meetings.
• Provide production support during hypercare after go-live.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience configuring:
  • Sales Orders
  • Pricing
  • Billing
  • Customer Master
  • Deliveries
  • Returns
  • Credit Management
  • Output Management
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of SAP SD integration with FI MM and other SAP modules.
• Experience preparing functional specifications for ABAP developments.
• Hands-on experience with SIT UAT defect management and production support.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience working in an offshore delivery model.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Vistex Rights & Royalties is an added advantage.
• Domain knowledge in Media & Entertainment is a plus.
