Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced WebSphere Administrator to manage maintain and support IBM WebSphere Application Server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WebSphere Administration deployment troubleshooting performance tuning and server management in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install configure administer and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.
• Perform application deployments upgrades patches and server migrations.
• Monitor server health performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot WebSphere-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Manage server clustering node synchronization and workload management.
• Configure JVM settings security and performance tuning.
• Coordinate with application middleware and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution.
• Maintain backup recovery and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support production environments and handle incident management activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in WebSphere Administration.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Good knowledge of application deployment and server configuration.
• Experience in troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Understanding of JVM tuning and middleware concepts.
• Exposure to scripting and automation is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in WebSphere Administration.
• Ability to work in production support and critical environments.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join in June will be preferred.
