The Salesforce Administrator will be a critical functional technology partner supporting Thaless Sales Operations Support Marketing and Finance departments. This position will play a key role in assessing deploying supporting and improving business systems that deliver best in class technology experiences for both internal stakeholders and Thaless customers. Working hours for this position are IST.

While this role is primarily based on your local time zone please be prepared to occasionally attend early or late meetings to collaborate effectively with our international team across multiple time zones.

What will you do

As a Salesforce Administrator within Thales you will:

• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using a ticketing system. This includes identifying and resolving problems with functionality permissions data integrations and performance

• Design implement test troubleshoot debug and document solutions throughout the development process and across the Salesforce platform including CPQ and various managed packages

• Collaborate with Sales Operations Order Management Marketing Finance and other teams on projects related to Salesforce

• Participate in agile development processes including daily stand-ups sprint planning QA UAT and go-live

• Prepare and execute mass data uploads

• Ensure creation and updating technical documentation

• Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality

About You

To succeed in this job you should have:

Technical skills:

• At least 3 years Salesforce administration experience

• Certified Salesforce Administrator. Other certifications a plus

• Strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality

• Knowledge of SOQL and Agile principles

Soft skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent skills to help translate business concepts to technical projects and vice versa

• Excellent attention to detail

• You are resourceful innovative and solution-oriented

Nice to have

• CPQ experience

• Knowledge of Apex triggers and classes Visualforce JavaScript Lightning components
