*About the Role*

We are looking for a motivated *Junior/Mid-Level US IT Recruiter* to join our offshore recruiting team.

Extensive US recruiting experience is *not required*. Candidates with basic recruitment/talent sourcing experience and knowledge of AI tools are encouraged to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

Source candidates for US-based IT positions through LinkedIn job portals databases and other platforms.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support sourcing screening research and recruitment activities.
Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and maintain candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate with the recruiting team for candidate submissions and interviews.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information.
Learn and follow US IT recruiting processes.

*Required Skills*

13 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition staffing or candidate sourcing.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of AI tools particularly ChatGPT or similar tools.
Good internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
Strong willingness to learn US IT recruitment.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.

*Mandatory Requirements*

Must have a *personal computer/laptop*.
Must have a *reliable high-speed internet connection*.
Must be able to work according to *US Eastern Time (EST/EDT)*.
This is *NOT an IST-based job*.
Must have a suitable work-from-home environment.
Must be comfortable working independently.

*Preferred*

Previous US IT recruitment experience is an advantage but *not mandatory*.
Experience with LinkedIn job portals ATS or recruitment databases.
Basic understanding of technical IT roles.
Experience using AI for recruitment or candidate sourcing.
Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
