Chemist Box Private Limited is a growing multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain based in Bihar currently operating 24 physical stores with a strong expansion plan.
Job Responsibilities:-
Manage daily warehouse operations and team activities.
Monitor inventory stock control and order picking.
Ensure team productivity attendance and discipline.
Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
Prepare daily operational and inventory reports.
Qualifying Requirements:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Logistics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualifying Requirements:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Logistics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
15 years of experience as a Team Leader Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Supervisor.
Experience in pharma logistics retail or e-commerce warehousing preferred.
Salary & Benefits:-
Fixed Salary: 21000 per month.
Performance-Based Incentives for every worked month
2 Casual Leave (CL).
