Visual Merchandiser Designer
Job Summary
Conduct regular visits to MARS kiosks and GT store touchpoints to audit current visual merchandising standards Identify opportunities to improve shopper journey product visibility and brand experience at each touchpoint Develop and present recommendations for display layouts fixture arrangements and signage improvements Collaborate with the Design Manager to align proposals with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns Specify and source appropriate materials for displays fixtures and POS elements balancing aesthetics durability and cost Create planograms mood boards and layout drawings to communicate concepts clearly Oversee implementation of approved VM changes at store level and ensure quality execution Stay updated on retail trends competitor activity and emerging materials in cosmetics retail Key Skills & Qualifications Required 34 years of experience in Visual Merchandising preferably in cosmetics beauty or FMCG retail Proven track record of field visits and store-level VM implementation Strong knowledge of retail materials acrylics laminates PVC foam boards metal fixtures fabric wood composites etc. Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or equivalent; basic SketchUp or AutoCAD is a plus Eye for spatial design color and brand aesthetics Ability to produce clear planograms and VM guidelines Excellent communication skills to liaise with store teams vendors and internal stakeholders Willingness to travel to store locations regularly
