34 years of experience in Visual Merchandising preferably in cosmetics beauty or FMCG retail Proven track record of field visits and store-level VM implementation Strong knowledge of retail materials acrylics laminates PVC foam boards metal fixtures fabric wood composites etc. Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or equivalent; basic SketchUp or AutoCAD is a plus Eye for spatial design color and brand aesthetics Ability to produce clear planograms and VM guidelines Excellent communication skills to liaise with store teams vendors and internal stakeholders Willingness to travel to store locations regularly
