2. Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve CapCut or similar editing tools

3. Hands-on experience with AI-powered video and content creation tools

4. Strong understanding of short-form content hooks pacing retention and storytelling

5. Ability to create engaging Reels Shorts LinkedIn videos and YouTube content

6. Good knowledge of motion graphics transitions captions B-roll sound design and visual effects

7. Comfortable working with raw footage and turning it into polished platform-ready content

8. Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new AI tools and emerging content trends

9. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects within deadlines

10. Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment

11. A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory

12. Excellent communication and ability to understand creative briefs
