Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Reels Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging high-quality video content for social media digital marketing campaigns corporate branding and promotional activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of current social media trends storytelling techniques and video editing software to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook YouTube Shorts and X.
• Create engaging promotional videos showcasing the companys IT services products workplace culture client success stories and events.
• Add transitions motion graphics animations captions subtitles visual effects and sound effects to enhance video quality.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms by maintaining the appropriate aspect ratio resolution and duration.
• Maintain consistency with the companys branding guidelines color schemes typography and messaging.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mass Communication Multimedia Graphic Design Animation Film Production Digital Media or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing preferably in an IT company digital marketing agency or creative studio.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media videos promotional content and reels.

Additional Information :

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools such as Adobe Firefly Google Veo Runway CapCut AI or Descript is a plus.
• Understanding of motion graphics color correction audio synchronization and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of various video formats codecs frame rates and export settings.
