Each operator is assigned a specific geographic zone within Mumbai Bangalore or Pune and must follow a predefined schedule to visit each machine between 8am and 6pm. Operators are expected to maintain meticulous records because the data feeds directly into the central inventory system influencing procurement and performance bonuses. Accuracy in mileage reporting is also crucial as the company reimburses fuel costs at a rate of INR3 per kilometre travelled.
