Job Summary:

The User Experience (UX) Designer champions the user perspective across all stages of the digital product lifecycle. This role leads and supports user research facilitates design thinking activities and creates intuitive usercentered digital experiences. Working in an agile environment the UX Designer translates business objectives user needs and technical requirements into highquality designs that elevate customer and partner experiences and drive consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications.
• Collaborate with product owners developers testers stakeholders and other UX team members in an agile environment.
• Communicate design decisions rationale and best practices to stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to design principles guidelines and pattern libraries.
• Support and help govern a unified enterprise design system.
• Stay informed on UX trends research methods and user preferences.
• Partner with the UX Research team to interpret analytics conduct usability testing and support user research.
• Work independently with strong ownership initiative and accountability.
• Advocate for design thinking usercentered design and user research within the organization.
• Produce UX deliverables including personas journey maps sitemaps flows wireframes prototypes and style guides.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment.
• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
• Strong communication presentation and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma Axure Sketch Adobe XD or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience design expertise.
• Ability to work effectively with research partners design agencies and implementation vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality work.

• Ability to balance business needs user goals and technical constraints.
• Excellent written verbal and visual communication.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to produce clear actionable design artifacts.
• Adaptability initiative and ability to work independently.
• (Preferred) Experience in HVAC or manufacturing responsive mobile design Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager B2B and B2C experience design visual design industrial design or content writing.
