Job Summary
Enroll new employees across multiple platforms for payroll benefits 401k etc.
Monitor employee profiles across multiple platforms to ensure that salary PTO 401k
enrollment benefits enrollment are processed correctly with payroll taking into account
payment in arrears and contractual agreements.
Track employees as they progress through their employment
Cross check and manually audit payroll for accuracy and errors
Work with payroll company to make any necessary adjustments/corrections on individual
payrolls
Monitor deductions withholdings taxes on each employee for each payroll
Work with management teams to ensure and correct any clock-in errors confirm
overtime hours clarify PTO questions and make adjustments for piece-rate vs. salaried
payouts on employees.
Prepare for payroll processing by doing all audits and cross-checking the week prior to
payroll processing
Complete all available training for the payroll processing system in order to determine if
the system can be utilized company-wide in other ways. Make recommendations to
company administrators regarding use of the system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor time off accrual and approvals from management team and notify management
immediately of any discrepancies.
Review and track expenses and other reports and alert administration to any concerns
Track salary increases adjustments and bonuses. Work with HR and senior leadership
to make changes and correctly adjust payroll.
Work directly with payroll company to correct system errors open tickets ensure
appropriate access and process payrolls.
Track productivity numbers for employees and provide reporting to senior leadership and
employees on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
Track bonuses for eligible employees based on productivity numbers above and work
with the billing/coding team to determine additional adjustments related to claims
denials.
Run payroll as often as necessary and under the supervision of HR and Senior
Leadership for additional one-off payrolls

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
3 years experience in processing payroll
Knowledge of US payroll practices and laws

Experience in a supervisory role or being tier two support at a large payroll company
