Air Ticketing Executive you will be responsible for managing flight bookings modifications cancellations and customer queries related to air travel. You will interact directly with customers Issuing Air Tickets
Key Responsibilities:
1. Flight Booking & Ticketing: Handle domestic and international flight bookings issue tickets accurately using airline reservation systems and GDS platforms.
2. Amendments & Cancellations: Process rebookings date changes cancellations and refunds as per airline and company policies.
3. Customer Support: Assist customers with flight-related queries over calls emails or chats including fare details baggage policies seat selection and special requests.
Ground Staff Passport Checker are responsible for assisting passengers during check-in boarding and departure processes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Duties include handling baggage providing flight information ensuring passenger safety and coordinating with airline and security teams for smooth airport operations
2. Staff also manage ticketing boarding passes and customer inquiries at the terminal
3. Professionalism patience and strong communication skills are essential for maintaining service
