| Job Purpose | We are looking for an experienced manager to do Business Development role who will be responsible to drive UPI Acquisition and activation through daily engagement with all distributed businesses in the company B2B B2C SME Fixed Deposit Insurance Credit Card and Call centre. This in context of BFLs ambitions to become top 5 player in Payments space. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Responsible for driving new acquisition through B2C SME Fixed Deposit Insurance Credit Card and Call centre teams Daily engagement with Business Spocs Business Heads Product and COE teams Accountable for creating customer promo with keeping overall budget in mind Keeping track of UPI penetration across business teams Own the key KPIs of business wise penetration spends on customer promo Monitoring business wise performance and publish MIS to stakeholders Maintain data sheets on regular basis capturing performance data at day week and monthly level views Liaise with inter & intra department SPOCs to deliver Business numbers & KPIs |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 2-4 years of experience Previous experience (2-4 years) with UPI or Payment products will be preferred. High degree of passion and self-belief. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. b)Work Experience 2-4 years c)Skills Keywords Stakeholder management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical & problem solving skills |
