Job Summary

Job Purpose	This position is open with Bajaj Finance is building a Payment Gateway for Merchants. The Objective of the individual is to deliver a payment gateway which should be at par with the industry. The Objective of the team/individual is to deliver the seamless Payment Gateway and its individual/team is responsible for delivering high volume & scalable architecture with up rate to 100%.Culture Anchor:Have high ambitions - Inspires the team to aim for higher targets and supports in achieving themOwn It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/ actions for better outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities	ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)Actively contribute to project optimized and bug free & scalable code Add unit test cases and maintain existing understanding of REST APIs and the web in knowledge of data structures algorithms enterprise systems asynchronous architectures and object-oriented programmingParticipate in team activities like brainstorming new ideas code reviews team members in resolving issues and empowering them to work part in development opportunities in terms of trainings assignments to the team members to enhance functional and technical knowledgeMust have hands on with NodeJS Angular/React SQL JavaScript HTML CSS to have knowledge on Java Spring to have knowledge on FastTag Payments CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)Owing to the nature of business getting professionally trained/ experienced talent with IT skills is critical to drive success of projects driven 5. DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)Following decisions are taken by the role:Decisions regarding project development Decision of new technologies/ platforms Project Architecture Taking code ownership within the team6.
