Objective for the Role

We are building next-generation Generative AI products that deliver actionable data insights at enterprise scale. Our UI/UX Engineering team bridges design and engineering to deliver intuitive performant and explainable experiences for AI-powered products. The team works closely with AI data and platform engineers to turn complex AI capabilities into usable and trusted user experiences.

The UI/UX Engineer is responsible for implementing high-quality user-centric interfaces for AI-driven data insight products. This role focuses on translating design intent into scalable maintainable and high-performance front-end solutions.

Location: Bangalore India (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

WhatYoullDo:

• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications.

• Translate design mockups prototypes and user flows into production-quality code.

• Build reusable UI components and design system elements.

• Collaborate closely with designers product managers and backend engineers.

• Ensure usability accessibility and performance standards are met.

• Develop and maintain scalable UI components and front-end architecture.

• Work with designers to ensure accurate implementation of UX intent.

• Optimize UI performance for data- and AI-intensive workflows.

• Ensure consistent user experience across products and platforms.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices.

WhatWereLooking For:

• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks.

• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and component-based UI development.

• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and backend services.

• Understanding of usability accessibility and responsive design principles.

• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics-driven interfaces is a plus.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• 69 years of experience in UI/UX engineering or front-end development.

• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.

• Exposure to AI-powered or data-intensive products is a strong plus.
