About the Role
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for translating validated UX research and interaction designs into clear consistent and build-ready visual interfaces across the platform.
The role creates screens layouts UI components visual assets design-system elements and interactive prototypes ensuring consistency in visual language responsiveness accessibility and user interaction patterns.
Working closely with the UX/UI Analyst Business Analysts Developers and QA Engineers the designer ensures that approved designs are technically practical and accurately translated into implementation-ready specifications for the delivery pods.
The role also supports developers during implementation by clarifying design intent reviewing completed interfaces and ensuring adherence to the established design system.
Ultimately the UX/UI Designer transforms validated UX concepts into professional intuitive consistent and production-ready user interfaces across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Produce screen designs and visual assets within the established design system (Figma).
- Build and maintain design-system components under the UX/UI Analysts direction.
- Create prototype flows to support usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
- Prepare developer handoff specifications spacing states assets and token usage.
- Support usability testing sessions logistics note-taking and findings compilation.
- Apply accessibility guidance (contrast sizing focus states) in all deliverables.
- Incorporate review feedback promptly and maintain design-file hygiene.
- Coordinate directly with Full Stack Developers during build for pixel-level fidelity.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years in UI/visual design with portfolio evidence.
- Tools: Strong Figma competence including components and auto-layout.
- Craft: Solid typography spacing and visual hierarchy fundamentals.
- Systems: Worked within (or clearly understands) design-system constraints.
- Handoff: Prepared developer-ready specifications.
- Attitude: Receptiveness to critique and consistency discipline.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent portfolio).
- Portfolio review required.
