Job Summary
| Particular | TSI |
| Purpose | Drive primary / secondary sales volume within an assigned territory by managing & developing a network of dealers / retailers regularly engaging influencers & ensuring product availability |
| Financial | Sales Volume: Achieve 100% of monthly sales target |
| Collection: Ensure 100% collection from DDs as per credit terms | |
| Customer | New Outlet Activation: Add X new retailers every month. Retailer Billing: Ensure >80% of mapped retailers are actively billed each month. |
Channel Growth: Increase average sales value per retailer by 10% QoQ | |
| Influencer Database: Build a validated database of 100 tiling masons/contractors by getting them registered on ExpertsClub app | |
| Internal Process | Call Productivity: Complete a minimum of 12 retailer visits per day |
| Lead Generation: Generate 10 qualified site leads per week for the TTSE | |
Order Management: Ensure zero lost sales due to order processing delays | |
| Branding: Ensure proper branding & visibility at 10 new sites/retail outlets per month | |
| Learning & Growth | Product Knowledge: Score >80% in all product knowledge tests |
Skill Development: Complete all assigned training modules on time |
