Treasury Assistant Manager
Job Summary
The treasury Assistant Manager will manage daily treasury tasks and ad hoc administration tasks in the Group Treasury Management System TMS - (Diapason) such as:
- Bank statement analysis Ensure correct integration of bank statements received via SWIFTnet into the TMS
- Treasury reconciliation rules management Integration of rules with input from subsidiaries or other shared service ressources in charge of treasury reconciliation
- Referential management (entity bank account creation) Ensure that creation in the TMS masterdata is aligned to the naming conventions and ensure consistency of the TMS referential data with other Group databases (Consolidation tool ERP Legal database Dilitrust)
- Payment rejections First level analysis and problem solving for payment files rejected by Diapason (for ERP issued payments) or by the bank (for payment processed by Diapason)
- Audit (user review) Collect feedbacks from Group on recurrent user review
- Reporting Produce recurrent reporting as required and defined by the Group Treasury department (for instance : treasury reconciliation statistics Free cash flow extraction from Diapason).
The Treasury Analyst will be assisting the Group Treasury Department and be a key player in Treasury Processes. He/She will be providing a first level of support to users worldwide.
This is an integral role and requires accurate execution and a strong attention to detail with a will to learn. Role responsibilities could be extended in the future depending on capabilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with Group Regional & local contact (external/internal)
- Adhere to SLAs KPIs and compliance standards.
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Documentation of processes (reviewed and validated by Group Treasury)
Qualifications :
Essential:
- 10-11 Years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong excel and data handling skills
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good understanding of Treasury/Cash processes
- Ideally previous knowledge of a TMS (notably Diapason system)
- Good Time management skills
- Collaboration with Internal & external stakeholders (holding banks)
- Experience of working to deadlines
Desirable:
- French language skills a plus but not mandatory
