Transformation Leader

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary highly strategic and execution-focused Transformation Leader to spearhead the multi-year transformation strategy for our growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. Operating at an executive level you will serve as the architect of our operational maturity roadmap driving efficiency technological innovation and continuous improvement across all operating functions (Finance HR Tech etc.) to deliver against the core GCC business case.

As a trusted advisor to global C-suite stakeholders and local senior leadership you will build and lead a dedicated Transformation Office. Your mission will be to transition manual processes into a standardized consolidated and digitized ecosystem cultivating a culture of digital innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Major Responsibilities:

Strategic Transformation Roadmap:

- Design and execute a multi-year transformation strategy aligned with global enterprise goals.

- Identify process re-engineering and digitization opportunities across service lines to support a 10-15% annual productivity improvement target.

Value Orchestration & Financial Impact:

- Collaborate with all operating functions to enable idea generation prioritize projects based on robust ROI modeling and track execution to final closure.

- Ensure all process changes and cost-optimizations are accurately accounted for in the financial books.

Digital Innovation & AI Adoption:

- Partner with internal IT teams to deploy enterprise solutions including Automation/RPA Power Apps and Power BI.

- Actively champion a digital-first mindset across the organization mentoring teams on leveraging data and AI/ML trends for predictive insights.

Operational Excellence & Standardization:

- Personally lead complex cross-functional projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Drive global process standardization to ensure absolute consistency between the Hyderabad hub and our other global centers.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to global C-suite stakeholders at HQ presenting transformation business cases and performance reports.

- Drive the cultural and operational shifts required for sustainable technology and process adoption.

Team Leadership:

- Directly manage mentor and upskill the members of the local Transformation Office fostering a project management mindset capable of driving multiple concurrent capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Profile

- Experience: 15-20 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated leadership role within a GCC Big 4 Consulting or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.

- Education: Post-Graduate degree or an MBA from a top-tier institute (e.g. IIM ISB or global equivalent) is highly preferred.

- Certifications: Must be a Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt highly preferred) with standard project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) or Change Management credentials.

- Technical Savvy: High proficiency and hands-on familiarity with Automation (RPA) Data Analytics tools (Tableau PowerBI) and modern AI/ML enterprise trends.

- Core Skills: Exceptional executive communication and global influencing skills in English backed by a strong understanding of large organization operations and GCC delivery models.

- Work Dynamics: Ability to work in a professional office environment with the flexibility to work extended hours as needed to align with global stakeholders. Occasional travel to global sites may be required.
