Job Summary
- Plan coordinate and schedule technical training sessions based on organizational needs.
- Work closely with technical team develop training materials and curricula.
- Arrange training
- Maintain training records and track attendance to ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and priorities.
- Assist in the development of online training modules and e-learning initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical training methodologies.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Training coordinator role.
- Proficiency in training methodologies.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners.
Required Skills:
Requirements: 3 years of experience in software development. Involved in end-to-end software development life cycle. Strong C and Data Structures Object Oriented Programming Design Patterns and WIndows based projects. Familiar with cross-platform application development using Visual Studio Outstanding programming debugging and problem-solving skills Experience with Jira and ownership of assigned tasks Be proactive and take keen interest in grabbing opportunities. Good in verbal and written communication. Preferred Qualification: B.E
