Creating & updating content on communication & grooming training end to end
Conduct ILT for all rostered batches.
Create training content & train on behavioural subjects
Maintain accurate records of performance
Use LMS for all documentation & create video training modules
Demonstrate good team player skills & Akasa Values
Conduct developmental needs analysis plan & establish trainings & professional development programs accordingly
Should be ready to travel at any time for task assigned. Should be ready to relocate based on job requirement
Conduct Communication & Grooming round interviews for frontline staff
Candidate must have previous communication training experience. Experience in behavioral training will be an advantage.
Conduct Grooming & Etiquette training for all required staff inclusive of makeup skills
Conduct Grooming Checks BMI Check for all required staff during training or at stations
Understand organizational MU/Grooming norms & ensure 100% adherence for all staff.
Ensure to stay updated on market trends for makeup styles & products.
Should have knowledge on different skin & type and texture
Collaborate with brands to get good deals for our staff
