The Training and Development Manager is responsible for identifying training needs developing and delivering learning programs and improving employee skills and performance. The role supports organizational goals by fostering continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify training and development needs.
2. Design and deliver training programs.
3. Coordinate onboarding and employee development initiatives.
4. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
5. Manage training budgets and external training providers.
6. Support leadership development and succession planning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Education or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in training learning and development or HR.

Skills:
