Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer with expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Management (RCM) to facilitate engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing
employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of RCM processes adult learning
principles and training methodologies to drive employee performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and/or co-facilitate operational training sessions for new hires and existing
employees based on client and business requirements.
Utilize adult learning principles to effectively explain and demonstrate job functions
workflows and operational tasks.
Collaborate with departmental leadership and clients to identify training objectives develop
training content and deliver scalable learning solutions.
Recommend enhancements to training materials including manuals job aids videos
presentations and e-learning modules to improve learning outcomes.
Obtain client approval prior to implementing any modifications to training content or materials.
Monitor trainee performance during the training period and take ownership of performance
improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions attendance assessments certifications and
materials used.
Administer written tests practical evaluations and performance assessments for assigned
learners.
Ensure completion of all compliance and mandatory training requirements prior to sharing
proprietary or confidential company information.
Prepare and submit trainee progress reports and performance evaluations to management.
Provide one-on-one coaching mentoring and continuous support to new hires and existing
employees.
Manage multiple training projects and assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
and quality expectations.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing training and operational
responsibilities.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 year of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Minimum 3 year of experience in a Trainer Learning & Development or Training Coordinator
role.
Strong understanding of US healthcare processes medical billing claims denials payment
posting Accounts Receivables or related RCM functions.
Preferably have exposure to handling MVA claims processing.
Excellent communication presentation facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage learners and deliver training effectively in classroom virtual and on-the-job
environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training documentation.
Strong organizational analytical and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with healthcare clients or BPO/outsourcing environments.
Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
Experience creating training materials SOPs and e-learning content.
Work Environment
Fast-paced healthcare operations environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
